Galliford Try plans for significant housebuilding growth
Galliford Try is pressing ahead with plans to deliver "significant growth" in its housebuilding business over the next three years having raised £119 million in its recent rights issue.
In an interim management statement today, the firm said it had added 800 units to its landbank since June.
Total sales reserved, contracted or completed are up by 7% on last year at £274 million and the firm has achieved 60% of projected sales for the year.
