Yorkshire Builder: £50m Housing Job Up For Grabs

Arena Housing Group is inviting bids for a four-year framework worth up to £50 million covering construction projects in the North West and Yorkshire.

Up to six contractors will work on schemes including new build housing, affordable accommodation, special needs homes and retirement villages as well as refurbishment of the registered social landlord’s existing stock.

A maximum of 20 firms will be invited to tender for the contract, which will run from July 2010.

Pre-qualification questionnaires are due in by 8 December with a shortlist expected in January 2010.
