How We Work
Step 1:
Our sales representative visits your home to discuss your requirements and present our range of products. Once a decision has been made, all information will be detailed on your personal contract, a copy of which is left with you. We then collect your deposit and arrange a suitable time for our surveyor to call. If you have chosen to take out one of our payment plans, we immediately process your application via our specialist lenders.
Step 2:
Our qualified surveyor will visit your home to check the technical information and exact measurements. Any special fitting requirements will be noted at this stage and passed onto our installation department and an installation date is arranged with you. If necessary at this stage we assist you in obtaining planning permission.
Step 3:
Your order is processed and your products are hand made by our skilled factory staff and checked by our quality control staff before they leave head office.
Step 4:
Our installation team arrive on the agreed date at fit your products. Once the installation is complete and you have been handed your guarantee, you settle the balance of your payment.
Peace of mindStep 5:
Our qualified inspector arranges to visit your home and check your installation meets our rigorous standards.

I've done inspections for Century Seal for 16-17yrs now and I think they are a very good company. I've only had very minor problems with any of the work which I've inspected over the years, as you'd expect with any company, and they have been superb at responding to my suggestions. They always take note of what I've said. I have alot of time for the company. Although I cannot specifically provide accurate score for value for money etc, I would give them 9 out of 10 overall.

Century Seal installed some windows in my house, it was a brilliant job. A really good service. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was spick and span before they left. They even brought their own hooever with them! It was brilliant. I just wish that all tradesmen could be like century seal. They were due to arrive at 9.30am and were there by 9.10am, came in, got the job done, cleaned up and left. Very efficient. I would give them 12 out of 10 for value for money as the product is fantastic, it's given the house a whole new look, asthetically it's superior to any windows I've seen elsewhere, cosmetically it looks fanctiastic and really retains the heat as well. I couldnt be happier.
