Barry the plasterer never turned up to remove old loft hatch and patch the ceiling. Despite repeated phone calls to Spacemaker and Barry's mobile I couldn't get in touch with him. Eventually my husband managed to remove the hatch and patrch up the celing. It's nearly a year and Spacemaker never once contacted me to see if I was satisfied ofr if 'Barry' ever turned up!
