Our customer service team is on-hand should you have any specific requirements or need assistance in finding someone, and if we don’t have anyone registered in your area we have the experience to provide you with advice on how to find someone you can trust to do a good job.

  • How much does SafeTrade. cost?

SafeTrade. Provides a service that is completely free of charge and is aimed to provide assistance to various groups and members of the public, we currently provide assistance to:

  • Do SafeTrade. contractors cost more?

Contractors pay a fee to become SafeTrade registered, however the cost is very low and will not affect the price you are quoted. We would recommend that you get quotes from at least three local SafeTrade. registered contractors before deciding who to contract for the work – but remember that cheapest isn’t always necessarily the best.


  • How do I know a SafeTrade. contractor is good?

SafeTrade prides itself on only registering conractors who we feel confident will provide a high quality service to their customers. We continually monitor the performance of our members to ensure our required standards are maintained.
Through SafeTrade you can access customer feedback reports for any of our registered contractors by viewing their profile online or calling our customer service team.

  • What if I have got a complaint?

Our members follow a strict set of guidelines with regards to contracts, complaints and dispute resolution.

Our customer service team is readily available to deal with any of your queries and if requested we can contact the contractor on your behalf to help sort out any problems.

SafeTrade does it’s best to ensure you are satisfied with the service you receive from it’s members and any complaints that are received are taken seriously, recorded and investigated as a means of upholding our membership standards.
