I was very pleased with the work Dennis did as I had to call him in to put right the work of another plumber. He explained everything clearly and even took digital photographs when I explained I was trying to reclaim his fee from the original plumber's insurance company. A few days later he provided a written report to help with my claim.

The plumbers at 1st response responded to our emergancy call within 20 minutes! They provided a first class professional service, and still managed to retain a sense of hunour, despite being stuck down a man-hole in revolting conditions, late at night in the cold and dark. I would definately recommend this firm to anyone.

Sunday am - after getting ready noticed that tank seemed to be making a lot of noise.Came downstairs and saw that water was gushing from overflow pipe - like a tap turned on full. Called dennis - arrived approx 30 mins later - Replaced ballcock/check Central heating tank/all within the hour estimate! A first class response & job completion to emergency call out. He changed radiators in my living room, hall and main bedroom and sorted out my washing machine and my waste. There was alot of pipe work to do and he carried out the work to a very high standard. The cost of the unit was higher than we were quoted elsewhere but the company had worked for us before and we were impressed by their efficiency and the fact that they checked everything was in order and cleaned up before they left. Dennis came to fix my radiator the day I rang him. He was efficient, clean and tidy. He explained exactly what he was doing and also gave me a few very useful tips. He charged me one and half hours that he worked not two hours that the plumbers would normally charge. This is very kind of him.
