SafeTrade. is not an advertising medium. If you are simply looking for a new way to advertise your business then SafeTrade. Registration may not be what you are looking for.


SafeTrade. is an exclusive trade association, which thoroughly assesses contractors upon application and operates as a valuable business support and development tool for the contractors that make up its membership.


SafeTrade. is a means of establishing, maintaining and promoting your reputation and ensuring it brings the benefits you deserve as an honest, reputable and high quality contractor.


When a contractor decides to become SafeTrade. Registered they enter into a partnership between SafeTrade., their company and their customers. In line with this partnership we continually monitor our contractors to ensure that they maintain the standards required by our organisation.


Homeowners require contractors they can rely upon and our organisation works to assure they have easy access to a pre-qualified register of local contractors when they need to find someone. Therefore SafeTrade. can generate work for its contractors…however becoming SafeTrade. Registered is about more than that…it requires contractors to understand the organisation, the system and the need to communicate the benefits to their customers.

 

Those contractors who “buy into” the system and apply the SafeTrade. principles to their business are the ones that reap the greatest rewards.

  • What makes SafeTrade. different from any other organisation?

SafeTrade. was created with the interests of both contractors and homeowners in mind. It is a designed to give professional, reputable contractors the edge in an increasingly competitive marketplace whilst protecting homeowners from rogue contractors.


We establish links with homeowners, property developers, landlords and property management agencies to determine what they want and expect from their contractors and then give our registered contractors the necessary tools to help them win business in this marketplace.

We can advise you what works for other contractors, provide marketing and business support, and help you establish a solid local reputation with homeowners, contractors and businesses.

  • Does SafeTrade. operate in my area?

SafeTrade. is expanding its operations to cover the whole of the UK. Our service was created and developed in the North East of England and is now expanding its membership base throughout the country.
