I have gained experience in a range of capacities over the years, from my work as a maintenance carpenter at theme parks in Orlando, Florida, to my role at Wish Foundation, on a village for terminally ill children, where I helped to schedule volunteers, local merchants and the labour force to complete the work needed to budget and within the specified timeframe.

Currently I supervisor maintenance building services and coordinate refurbishments in low budget private rental homes and student rentals. I work to acquire building permits and liase with site managers and designers/tenants in order to bring the project together. I manage a number of subcontractors in order to keep the whole service in house.

My company is fully insured and I ensure that all subcontractors who I use are fully qualified in their relevant trades and hold the necessary insurances for the work which they undertake.
