We had a problem in that the stopcock was tiled in on a previous job - this was overcome by dismantling the box that surrounded it to access it and making a panel to cover up the gap with no additional cost. After an initial teething problem with the bolier, Nathan even cut a weekend break short to come home and replace a valve on the boiler - again at no extra charge. The job was completed at a third of the price British Gas had quoted. The difference in temperature in our home is incredible. Highly recommended!”

“Work and service of the highest quality. Nathan and Paul always informed us of the work that needed to be done and the timescale which it would take. We had an unforseen problem with our main gas pipes in the house Nathen found the problem and rectified it. The tiling in the bathroom is faultless, he even drove to Sunderland to get two extra tiles, service which i doubt many plumbers would have undertaken. I highly recommened Nathan and Paul.”

We have been SafeTrade registered for almost 3yrs and recommended Nathan to SafeTrade in the first place. We would not have recommended him if we did not think he was good. He is a friendly lad, and very trustworthy. Professional and reliable - no problems.”
“Nathan installed quite an elaborate shower unit for us as well as the combi boiler. He spent some time, and did not let up, trying to find a leak, which was no fault of his own, and was merely due to the house being very old. He eventually found the leak and repaired it and even gave us a discount on the hourly rate as he said that he thought that he should really have found it sooner. From a plumbing point of view you could not get better. He is the kind of tradesman anyone would like to have. I could not fault him. He is very pleasant, honest and reliable. If he said he was coming he would be there and if he was going to be 5mins late he would ring to let you know. I just wish there were more tradesmen like him out there. He also cleared up after himself. He had to take up some carpets to complete the job and he put the carpets back so you would not even know they had been taken up. No one is perfect so I am not going to give him a ten but I would certainly give him 9.5 all round.”
