“He did my bathroom for me and he was absolutely spot on. I would definitely give him ten out of ten as I have had some work done before by other businesses and the service doesnt even compare to the one I have from Mark, he was first class. Very punctual as well, when he said he was going to be here he was and he even came a little bit sooner. He is an excellent worker, really pleasant as well, a really lovely lad and I am over the moon with the work he has done for me - highly recommended. I have had lads in to do work for me before which was terrible and their attitude was just as bad but Mark was really first class and he stuck to his word”
“He is a sub contractor to B&Q and I got the materials from them on Jan 5th and by Jan 9th they were finished and gone, they did the toilet and bathroom then came in Feb to do an additional job - kitchen flooring. Both Mark and young Mark are first class, honest decent and hard working. He is just interested in doing the work to the best of his ability, he is not a con man, if he says he will come he will come, if he says he is rushed of his feet it means he is rushed off his feet. His cousin who works with him is also excellent and I wish them both good luck and so far I cannot say anything bad about them, I would only do that if I had a personality disorder! They are a fine bunch of people. I have dealt with him personally and he is a total professional from the first time I met him I was impressed so I gave him the kitchen work also. My neighbours have looked at his work and are also very impressed and he takes pictures of his work to show future customers. You are dealing with Mr Right! Absolutely fantastic. They are honest hard working labourers. They kept their word - what promises they made they have done it, then I was delighted to give them extra work which they have also finished and I have asked him back in April to do a few more jobs. I have not trusted anyone more than Mark Webster. You are most welcome to come and have a look at what they have done. I cannot be more open and honest with you about them. I have only one thing to say, he is a brilliant lad - do go ahead with him and he wont let you down.”
“I was pleased with the work he did, I asked him to come twice, once to get a radiator fitted in a back room in quite a tight space and he did a neat job and cleared up as well, it was very good. I then asked him to come back when the boiler broke, he diagnosed the problem but was unfortunately unable to proceed with the job as he could not source the parts in the time frame he had available to do the job as he was very busy at the time, so I had to get another plumber out to do the work when I would rather have used Mark.”
“Fitted bathroom. Did a smashing job. The price was determined by B & Q so I cannot really judge that but I was happy with that price so I am sure I would be happy with Marks independant pricing. He was also very reliable and turned up when he said he would. I was very happy with the job overall.”
