They are able to work to planning briefs and to improvise and improve as the customer requires. Health & Safety is not a problem and the workers neat and tidy. This company is highly professional and working to a very high standard. They use craftsmen to achieve the customers wishes in the shortest time possible. “Tommy has been excellent. We had a dusty old loft that he managed to turn into a play room for the kids. A really really good job, he was always on time and cleaned up any mess before he left. A very professional company. He even went out of his way to take me around four different suppliers just so I could choose the doors I wanted. I have him coming back for some more work on the house and obviously I wouldnt do that if he wasnt good. I am glad we went with him out of the 8 or 9 builders we had out for quotes. I was happy to leave them in the house and take the kids to school. I would be happy to recommend them.”
“We subcontract some of the renovations on the property we are working on and I have used Thomas and Son Builders twice. The work has been spot on. I am delighted, he was the first to get back to us with a quote and he did the work in the timeframe we wanted. After doing a job for us he got two more jobs from people asking for his number. I wouldn't give anyone a 10 out of 10 but I would use him again. He's a good 8. Spot on.”
“He did some block paving for me about 10 days ago and it is excellent. I couldn't fault him. The most pleasant and courteous lad, spotless work and a reasonable price as well. Everyone comments on how it is the best job they have ever seen and I am really delighted. I am very fastidious and I have a reputation for being hard to please but I love it and if I ever need any building work I will contact Tom. He went out of his way and did extras all in the original price and I would give him 11 out of 10 for that. My son is in the building trade and he commented on how it was such an excellent job and he didn't know how he could do it for that price.”

“Tom has done some work for me and is going to do some more shortly as well. I am more than happy. He's done roofing for me, and I had an old lean to garage where the flooring was shocking - he did a great job fixing it including relaying the foundations. The reason I asked him to come and work for me was because I had seen some work he had done. He had laid a large driveway (block paving) where three cars are parked and there are absolutely no indentations on the drive whereas my drive (which was done by someone else) has four indentations where the wheels have been. I know that when Tom redoes it, it will be solid. I thoroughly recommend him.”
